Senior Designer (3 month FTC, Hybrid - Shoreditch)

YeahNice are a multi award-winning, high craft independent creative studio that specialises in branding and go to market campaigns. We are fortunate enough to have a diverse range of clients, although our core markets are tech, beauty and entertainment sectors.

We specialise in helping challengers punch above their weight and get results.

Following some recent exciting client wins we are looking to bring on a Senior Designer for an initial three month contract, with the potential for extension/to go permanent.

Your role

As a Senior Designer at YeahNice you'll play an instrumental role in a range of creative projects across branding and campaign briefs. You'll deliver hands on creative solutions yourself and alongside the Creative Directors. As a small team, you'll need to be a self starter and be excited by the opportunity to really make your mark on our small but growing agency.

This is a great opportunity to really put your stamp on the design direction of the agency.

Responsibilities

• Brand identity: Concepting and developing brand identity concepts including logo design, typography, colour palettes and overall design direction.
• Campaign creation: Concepting routes, building toolkits across OOH, digital, print, influencer activity.
• Design systems: Further developing brands that have been created into robust yet flexible design systems. Can spot opportunities for further development.
• Brand guardianship: Development of brand guidelines and ongoing rollout and assets.
• Asset design: Implementing the design across print and digital applications including front end website design and go to market activation.
• Internal projects: Helping bring our projects to life for our own showcase including creating case studies for social, online and presentation decks. Creating additional assets for social media.
• Proactive ideas: Our clients are always looking for new ways to bring their brands to life in interesting and engaging ways.

Must have

• 5+ years industry experience.
• Great understanding of InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Figma. Motion a bonus.
• Experience of creating brands and campaigns for small and large organisations.
• Ability to lead projects independently from concept to execution.
• Happy to present concepts to colleagues and clients.
• A team player, ready to 'muck in' and help drive the agency forward.
• Highly organised and adept at meeting deadlines.
• Know when to stand up for your creative vision and when to support the opinions of your team and clients.
• A genuine passion for design, with a keen eye for detail and an enthusiasm for staying current with art and cultural trends.
• A can do positive and optimistic attitude.

Advantageous

• We're a studio that thinks motion first. A working knowledge of motion graphics will be welcomed.

The role is full time, with two days a week working from our Shoreditch office.
