Senior Designer

As a Senior Designer, you will play a pivotal role in conceptual exploration, developing high-quality design solutions, and independently delivering projects that elevate our creative standards. You'll collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, contribute ideas in creative meetings, and integrate feedback with clarity and confidence. With a passion for craft and a meticulous eye for detail, you'll help us set the bar for design excellence.

This role also offers the opportunity to mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct conceptual exploration, establish design direction, and ensure successful execution from concept to production.


• Deliver high-quality design solutions across media (logos, banners, interfaces, typography, motion graphics, layouts, illustration, icons, etc.).


• Work independently to bring projects to life based on Art Direction and brand creative design.


• Self-edit and maintain work against preset standards, ensuring accuracy and excellence.


• Actively participate in kickoff meetings, helping to estimate timelines and manage workload.


• Contribute creative ideas in brainstorming sessions and explore innovative ways of presenting interactive materials with cost-effectiveness in mind.


• Collaborate with Art Direction, Design teams, and creative peers to build positive and productive relationships.

Skills

• Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, After Effects).


• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) or equivalent platforms preferred.


• Strong understanding of typography, layouts, logos, icons, illustration, motion graphics, and design principles across media channels.


• Knowledge of emerging technologies and tools (e.g., AI-powered platforms like MidJourney, ChatGPT).
