Senior Designated Safeguarding Lead - Education

Bridge House School is recruiting a Designated Safeguarding Lead to join our Senior Leadership Team. The post holder will provide strategic oversight of safeguarding across three campuses and lead on high risk cases, working with pupils, families, staff and external agencies to secure positive outcomes.

The role requires substantial safeguarding experience, a commitment to CARE values, and the ability to train staff and foster a confident safeguarding culture.
