Senior Design Researcher: Lead User Research & Strategy

TPXimpact is seeking a Senior Design Researcher to lead and deliver design research within client teams. You'll work with multidisciplinary teams across TPXimpact, associates and client teams to produce high-quality work that meets user needs.

You will embed best practices, adapt approaches to client cultures, coach others, contribute to practice growth, support bids and client presentations, and line-manage 1-2 researchers while staying current with methods.
