Senior Design Engineer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Design Engineer at a leading international manufacturing company. The successful candidate will be instrumental in leading both new and existing projects within the design department.

• Supervise, lead, and manage a productive design team.
• Produce and modify manufacturing drawings using AutoCAD/SolidWorks.
• Develop new components to enhance product diversity.
• Review current parts and processes to reduce costs, waste, manufacturing time, and materials.
• Take ownership of projects and progress workloads to meet tight schedules and deadlines.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure project success.
• Utilize CAD and analysis tools for drawing, modeling, and analysis.
• Oversee all aspects of product design and development.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven experience in a similar role, with exposure to the planning process of new products.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively to advance projects.
• Technical expertise in mechanical design.
• Creative and innovative thinker.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
