Senior Deputy Manager, Adults' Supported Living

iBC Healthcare invites applications for a Deputy Manager to lead our Supported Living services for adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs across Leicestershire and Coventry. The role, reporting to the Registered Manager, focuses on quality of care, CQC compliance, and visible people management across multiple sites.

Base location: Leicester, £40,000 per annum, 40 hours per week, full-time.
