Senior Depot Ops Manager - Drive Efficiency & Growth

DPD Leicester is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to strengthen the depot management team. You will oversee daily operations, drive service excellence, and work on cost control, health & safety, security and productivity.

You will recruit, develop and retain staff while ensuring compliance and employee relations processes are followed. A full UK driving licence is essential and weekend coverage may be required.
