Pod Talent is excited to partner with a fast-growing consumer goods business that has delivered 30% year-on-year growth and operates across 100 countries worldwide. As the business continues to scale, they are now hiring a Senior Demand Planner to join their London-based team, with 2 days onsite per week.
In this role, you'll take ownership of demand planning for the UK market, leading the end-to-end forecasting process. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape demand planning strategy and operations - from creating accurate sales forecasts to optimising inventory levels and supporting commercial decision making.

What you'll be doing:- Build and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market insights, and statistical models
- Ensure optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimising excess stock and waste
- Partner closely with cross functional stakeholders to align forecasts with overarching business objectives
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to factor in promotions, product launches, and seasonality
- Analyse sales trends, customer behaviour, and external influences to improve forecast accuracy and identify opportunities
- Proactively identify supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruption
- 4+ years' experience in Demand Planning, ideally within an FMCG environment
- Proven expertise in demand planning and sales forecasting
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear decisions
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems
- Highly detail oriented, quick to learn, and comfortable in a fast paced environment
- Confident collaborating with cross functional teams across both retail and e commerce
