TTI EMEA has a two-tier approach to demand forecasting, local market demand planners responsible for initial 6-month horizon and central demand planners
responsible for delivering a 24-month horizon that is aligned to our strategic direction and supports our downstream supply chain processes. The role is in our central demand team and will be based in EHQ Maidenhead offices UK.
In this role, the candidate will be responsible for:
- Supporting the EMEA S&OP process relative to the Milwaukee business unit for demand management and NPI planning.
- Monitor adherence to demand management process and look for continuous improvements to these processes.
- Support Supply Chain projects as either key team member or project
manager. - Supervise central demand planners / analysts for day-to-day activities ensuring key monthly tasks are completed on time.
This role reports into the EMEA S&OP Manager Milwaukee Business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing effective forecast models based on trends and demand patterns delivering a 24-month sales forecast.
- Drive the monthly EMEA Milwaukee NPI reviews.
- Leading cross-functional demand reviews to drive consensus alignment, including documenting risk assessments and mitigation activities.
- Communicating forecast and estimations to management.
- Proposing and implementing solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.
- Analysing sales, inventory, and profitability and making recommendations to key stakeholders in order to manage Milwaukee portfolio and maximize profitability.
- Work with Milwaukee Supply Teams in developing Purchasing, Sales & Inventory (PSI) projections by key vendor.
- Key User and Admin support for our planning system (Vanguard)
- Assist Supply Chain & IT teams to provide technology and process training to the user community.
- Assist in formulating, documenting, and sharing supply chain best practice across EMEA.
- Reporting - supporting the supply chain teams in producing several of the regular reports.

- Market / Regional Product Manager.
- Market / Regional Marketing Manager.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Knowledge of Demand Planning, (>5 years) is preferred
- Knowledge of Sales & Operations Planning process.
- Advanced analytical skills.
- Experience in working with supply chain systems as a key / super user.
- Experience as working as part of a project team.
- Excellent MS Office skills including Word, Excel (intermediate to advanced level), Outlook, PowerPoint etc.
- Strong presentation skills and experience presenting to senior management
- Ability to work with people in multicultural & cross functional environments.
- Ability to travel within Europe required.
- Ability to work independently.
