DescriptionWe're looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of digital projects across our client portfolio, with a particular focus on managing our partnership with Webflow and the resulting projects we get from that.
In this role, you'll own the day-to-day rhythm of delivery - shaping scope, planning and managing timelines, enabling cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, UX, QA), and ensuring we execute reliably against outcomes, budgets, and deadlines. You'll be responsible for keeping projects on track, managing risks, and maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.

You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth, predictable, and high-quality delivery across our portfolio of client projects.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys working across multiple projects, and takes pride in shipping great digital experiences - particularly modern, high-quality websites built in Webflow.

What you need to have:
- Strong experience delivering digital products, web/app builds, or software projects end-to-end, focussing on measurable business and customer outcomes, not just outputs.

- Clear and confident communicator, able to translate technical and product concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Confidence leading agile ceremonies, shaping delivery plans, and managing multi-disciplinary teams using a range of agile methodologies.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with experience using user research, feedback, and analytics to drive improvements.
- Ability to manage budgets, risks, schedules, and forecasts with accuracy and commercial awareness.

- Direct experience using or managing projects in Webflow.
- Experience in running or contributing to discovery phases or workshops.

You're a confident, organised professional who can lead teams with calmness, clarity, and curiosity. You thrive in complex, fast-paced environments, enjoy solving problems, and can switch comfortably between big-picture delivery and the detail needed to unblock teams.

- Works autonomously and takes proactive ownership.
- Builds rapport quickly and communicates with clarity and empathy.
- Challenges appropriately and isn't afraid of difficult conversations.
- Supports others' growth and fosters healthy collaboration.
- Understands how digital products are built, even if you're not technical hands on.
