RBW MI & Analytics provides support to RBW FST across brands in respect of governance and oversight in crucial areas such as reporting on our customer outcomes, consumer duty obligations and policy adherence which are closely aligned to regulatory requirements. In addition, reports are produced to support tactical processes and give insight into operational efficiencies.

You will be responsible for engaging with FST operation to understand the existing reporting needs, removing any wastage from the existing reporting suite and importantly strengthening the governance around the reporting that we do need by deploying a risk rated periodic review framework. You will help strengthen the internal control framework and assist management by bringing a detailed, disciplined approach to the evaluation and improvement of the effectiveness of each report and its associated control, and governance processes.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead and/or support execution of ongoing and upcoming JIRA requests.
  • Maintain delivery of reporting suite review plan through securing stakeholder buy-in and manage changes effectively.
  • Manage the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of a reporting suite periodic oversight that will allow for strategic projects and planned transformation to be incorporated on a go forward basis.
  • Oversee project scope, timelines, resources, dependencies, communications, and budgets.Track and report on project progress, addressing issues, dependencies, and risks to stakeholders and steering committees. Provide recommendations to influence decision-making, ensuring progress toward delivery and benefits realization.
  • Enhance and develop stringent standards of accuracy and governance on the team to ensure the integrity and reliability of data-driven insights or outputs, including continuous monitoring activities.
To be successful in this role you should have:
  • Demonstrable experience of maintaining delivery reports and data-driven insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present key information in a clear, concise and accurate way with the ability to influence, communicate analysis and recommendations to colleagues at different levels of the organization.
  • Stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain complex technical solutions to audiences of different technical knowledge and understanding. Proven track record of supporting change delivery from inception and the confidence to contribute own ideas.
  • Ability to work effectively in multi-disciplinary and multicultural diverse work settings.
  • Attention to detail and the enthusiasm and confidence to demonstrate different analytical capabilities.

The base location for this role is Birmingham, Sheffield, Leeds or Chester with a hybrid working pattern.
