Senior Debt & Revenue Protection - Field Role (Carlisle)

Centrica plc is seeking a Senior Debt & Revenue Protection Officer for a field-based Carlisle role. You will visit customer premises to investigate debt and welfare concerns, assess vulnerabilities and determine sustainable resolutions, while ensuring safety and compliance.

The role requires experience in energy, knowledge of energy theft and revenue protection, and strong communication skills. A company car or car allowance is provided, with London Weighting and a base salary plus bonus.
