A leading financial services organisation is looking for an interim Senior Data Transformation Programme Manager to lead a major change programme.The role focuses on Data, Operations and Change, improving data processes, operating models and business ownership.Key focus:

  • Lead data transformation programmes
  • Improve data processes, controls and operating models
  • Drive business ownership and accountability
  • Work with operational teams to embed new ways of working
  • Lead change from design through implementation and into BAU

Looking for someone with strong experience across data transformation, operations and business change, ideally within financial services.
