Senior Data Centre Valuation & Advisory Lead

Knight Frank is seeking a talented Data Centres Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to join our growing Data Centre Valuation & Advisory team in London. You will work on valuation and advisory mandates across EMEA, supporting complex assignments for data centre assets and portfolios.

You'll gain exposure to development sites, leased facilities, and transaction-driven work while leveraging Excel, Argus Enterprise, and Argus Developer to build robust valuation analyses and client deliverables.
