Senior Customer Support Agent - Fintech (On-site, Camden)

Bits is seeking 1-2 Senior Customer Support Agents for our London office in Camden Town. The role is on-site a minimum of four days per week and involves helping customers understand credit-building products across phone, email and live chat.

You will resolve queries, investigate complaints, and keep confidential records secure while learning our database systems. Interview day is at the Camden office on 12/08/2026.
