The Role- Reporting to the Head of Customer Success, focusing on European accounts, you will be energetic, driven, and committed to customer success.
- As a Customer Success Manager, you will foster relationships with clients, turning them into satisfied users.
- You will educate clients on innovative video content creation and collaborate closely with sales for onboarding new users.
- You are capable of engaging in both business and technical discussions at all organizational levels, including C-suite.
- This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Experience in Customer Success, Client Service, Account Management, Technical Account Management, or similar roles in B2B SaaS.
- Proven ability to manage a Book of Business with KPIs.
- Experience in risk management, forecasting, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Ability to establish trusted advisor relationships, driving value from Synthesia's products.
- Successful onboarding of new clients and building key relationships early on.
- Leading regular client check-ins with clear outcomes involving senior stakeholders.
- Basic video editing skills using the Synthesia platform.
- Focus on retention and growth of enterprise clients.
- Ensuring clients understand ROI and proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
- Native or bilingual proficiency in German.
