Senior Customer Service Lead - Coaching & Rotating Shifts

NMS Recruit Ltd is seeking a Senior Customer Service Advisor for a great company based in Bromborough, Wirral. The role is starting asap for a 4 month period and involves handling inbound calls, delivering high standards of service.

You will coach and support new starters, share best practice, provide supervisory support, and step up to oversee shifts and team performance when required. Working hours are 37.5 per week with a 3-week rotating shift pattern including evenings and weekends, with
