Senior Customer Service & Key Accounts Lead

Uniphar Group is seeking a Senior Customer Service Adviser to join the Specialised Distribution Team at our Greenogue location. You will deliver best-in-class service to end-user customers and manufacturer partners, handling complex accounts and acting as an escalation point for issues.

You will lead order processing, KPI monitoring, and reporting while supporting cross-functional teams in achieving targets. This role is fully onsite in Rathcoole, Co. Dublin.
