Job Description
Senior Customer Service Advisor 
Provide exceptional customer service through chat, email and phone, resolving complex customer needs and requests.
Responsibilities- Deliver customer service via multiple channels (chat, email, phone).
- Resolve complex and specific customer queries, including account balances, transactions and payments.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to align and integrate customer care processes.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations for change.
- Develop and implement customer care procedures and controls to mitigate risk and maintain efficient operations.
- Execute reports and presentations on customer care performance and communicate findings to senior stakeholders.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practice to enhance customer care efficiency.
- Deliver work to a high standard, adhering to processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with related teams and impact their work.
- Check and support colleague work to meet internal and stakeholder requirements.
- Take ownership of risk management and strengthen controls in the area of responsibility.
- Communicate sensitive or difficult information to customers as required.
- Maintain understanding of the broader sub function objectives and relate to impact on collaborating teams.
