Job Description
Senior Customer Service Advisor

Provide exceptional customer service through chat, email and phone, resolving complex customer needs and requests.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver customer service via multiple channels (chat, email, phone).
  • Resolve complex and specific customer queries, including account balances, transactions and payments.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to align and integrate customer care processes.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations for change.
  • Develop and implement customer care procedures and controls to mitigate risk and maintain efficient operations.
  • Execute reports and presentations on customer care performance and communicate findings to senior stakeholders.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practice to enhance customer care efficiency.

Compensation & Benefits
