Senior Customer Service Advisor - Complex Enquiries & Coaching

NMS Recruit Ltd in Wirral is seeking a Senior Customer Service Advisor to handle inbound calls and support a busy customer service team. The role starts asap for a 4 month period and includes full paid training.

You will work 37.5 hours per week on a rotating pattern, including evenings and weekends, with shifts finishing at midnight. The hourly rate is £13.50, paid weekly; candidates must be flexible to support operational requirements.
