- Propose and upsell additional work through the Vehicle Health Check process.
- Quote and sell service plans to retain customers for the group.
- Encourage customer satisfaction feedback via exit briefing and follow up contact.
- Estimate repair costs and timeframes when required.
- Resolve any concerns when repairs are suggested.
- Inform and update customers on progress or additional works needed.
- Prepare and explain invoices, and accept payments.
- Experience: experienced automotive Customer Advisor preferred - no automotive experience is acceptable if you have a passion for customer service, strong organisation and communication skills and are able to maintain a friendly, smiley attitude.
- Full UK driving licence is required.
- Proactive, team orientated, able to adapt quickly to new systems.
