Senior CRM Automation Lead - Lifecycle & Growth

LemFi is seeking a Senior CRM Manager - Automations to own lifecycle journeys from onboarding to cross-sell across remittance, credit, savings and insurance. You will set up triggers, segments and logic that adapt to real customer behaviour, and partner with Product and Data to ensure robust event tracking.

With 4+ years in CRM or marketing automation, you'll build end-to-end journeys, test and measure performance, and drive gains in activation and retention.
