Job Description

MOO set out to shake up the world of print back in 2006. And we've come a long way since. Today we're a 400 + strong team (we're thinking of getting matching jackets) who create print and digital products for companies of all sizes - from Google and AirBnB to the guy who makes those amazing prints you found at a craft fair.

Our global HQ is in London, UK, while we also have premises in Dagenham. In the US, you'll find us in Boston, MA, as well as East Providence, RI and Denver, CO.

You love creative chaos - but you love order just as much. You're the calm at the centre of the brainstorm, the spreadsheet whisperer who keeps ideas moving. As MOO's Senior Creative Project Manager, you'll help keep the creative heart of the brand beating beautifully.

This is a part time role (28 hours 3.5 days per week) - you will work closely with the Lead Creative Project Manager to keep our 22-strong creative studio running like clockwork - making sure people, projects, and priorities all click into place.

This role blends structure and energy. You'll bring pace and clarity to the team, turning plans into progress and helping make creativity look effortless. You keep your cool when things heat up - solving problems with calm, care, and a sense of humour.

About You
  • Typically, 6+ years' experience in a creative agency or in-house brand team
  • A background in creative operations, studio, or project management
  • Confidence using (especially automations and reporting)
  • Calm, confident communication and empathy for creative workflows
  • A passion for tidy systems, clear communication, and well run studios
  • A love of being a critical part of a creative team
  • The ability to get stuff done - gracefully, even when it's busy.
Responsibilities
  • Run the creative studio day-to-day: manage schedules, traffic, and workflows in
  • Plan and prioritise: map out timelines, milestones, and team capacity so the right people are on the right things at the right time
  • Keep communication clear: connect the dots between creatives, producers, and stakeholders
  • Spot issues early: flag risks, solve problems, technical issues or team morale and keep delivery on track - without the drama
  • Support shoots and production: coordinate logistics so everything (and everyone) lands in the right place
  • Evolve how we work: suggest automations, templates, and process improvements that make collaboration easier
  • Add to the vibe: help shape a studio culture that's open, positive, and full of energy.
