Senior Creative Production Lead - Fashion Campaigns

Debenhams Group is seeking a highly organised creative production lead to own the end-to-end process for shoots and campaigns. You will translate brand objectives into compelling execution across channels, directing on set through post-production and managing budgets, timelines, and talent.

Reporting into the Head of Creative, you will develop concepts, mood boards, and a clear creative vision while collaborating with brand, marketing, social, and e-commerce teams to deliver integrated launches.
