Senior Counsel, Marketing & Innovation IP

Mars, Incorporated is seeking an Assistant General Counsel for Petcare in the United Kingdom to act as a strategic global legal leader partnering with Marketing & Innovation teams and guiding the IP function for brand protection and AI initiatives.

The role provides a holistic view across Petcare divisions to shape growth and innovation strategies, support the innovation pipeline, and align legal strategy with end-to-end demand, marketing, and broader business goals in a dynamic consumer
