Senior Costs Lawyer: High-Value PI & Multi-Track Budgets

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Costs Lawyer to join its team in Nottingham. The role focuses on high-value Personal Injury Multi Track matters, including Serious Injury, Asbestos and Clinical Negligence.

You will prepare budgets, statements of costs and formal bills of costs, and negotiate terms with opponents. You will attend CMCs and Detailed Assessment hearings, advising PI lawyers and collaborating with leading Counsel.
