Senior Corporate Transactions Director - Private M&A & JV

Taylor Root Dusseldorf is recruiting a Senior Associate / Legal Director to join its Corporate team. You will handle complex corporate transactions and advisory mandates across private M&A, JVs, investments, reorganisations, and governance, with direct client contact and leadership responsibility.

The role offers autonomy on matters, exposure to multi-jurisdictional projects, and a path to partnership in a globally integrated firm. PQE 5+ is required; salary and bonus are market-leading.
