Senior Corporate Tax Associate - M&A & Cross-Border

A leading international law firm in London is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join its Tax practice. You will lead tax aspects of significant corporate and M&A transactions and advise on private equity investments while coordinating cross-border matters.

The role requires England and Wales qualification (or equivalent UK experience), around 5PQE, and excellent drafting, commercial judgement and client relationship skills.
