Senior Corporate Lawyer: Cross-Border Deals

William Fry's Corporate team in Ireland is seeking an experienced Lawyer to join the practice as Senior Associate / Associate. Based in Dublin, you will work on sophisticated corporate transactions and cross-border advisory matters for Irish and international clients.

You should have a minimum of three years' experience at a large, medium, or boutique firm, with strong drafting skills, excellent client service, and a commercially minded, deadline driven approach.
