Senior Corporate Lawyer - M&A & Growth (London)

Mills & Reeve is seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor in London to join its Principal Associate team in a growing national corporate group. You will lead on high-value M&A deals and corporate transactions with significant client exposure.

You should have 8+ years PQE and a proven track record of independently leading deals, with commercial awareness and leadership capability. Private equity exposure would be a plus, but is not essential.
