Senior Corporate Counsel - M&A, Finance & Governance

Moneycorp is seeking a UK-qualified corporate lawyer to act as legal support for the UK business and wider Moneycorp Group, focusing on corporate matters. You will review financing arrangements, manage group structure, govern compliance, draft board/shareholder resolutions, and oversee filings.

You will handle contracts, share schemes, and transactions such as acquisitions, while liaising with external counsel and supporting group insurance matters.
