Description
The VP Corporate Banking and Loan Lawyer will be:
Advising on a broad range of syndicated and bilateral loan transactions
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex facility agreements and related documentation
Providing strategic legal advice to lending and credit teams
Supporting regulatory compliance across lending products
Contributing to the development and improvement of legal processes within the loans function
Profile
The VP Corporate Banking and Loan Lawyer should be:
A solicitor or equivalent with significant banking and finance experience
Experienced in syndicated and/or bilateral lending transactions
Familiar with UK and ideally cross-border lending frameworks
Commercially astute with strong stakeholder management skills
Comfortable operating at senior level within a regulated environment
