Abacus Careers is assisting a well established Belfast commercial firm to hire a Corporate & M&A Associate with 4+ PQE to join its busy team on corporate transactions locally and cross border.

You will handle acquisitions, disposals, governance advice, and multi disciplinary deals with colleagues in banking, real estate, employment, IP and competition.
