About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Conveyancer to join our growing property team in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who is looking not only for a senior role, but also a genuine pathway to Associate and future Partnership opportunities within a progressive and supportive firm.

You will play a key role in managing a varied residential property caseload while also helping to shape the future growth of the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completion
• Handling transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new builds
• Providing clear and practical advice to clients throughout the transaction process
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and lenders
• Supporting the development and mentoring of junior team members where appropriate
• Contributing to business development and departmental growth

About You

• Minimum 5+ years' experience handling residential conveyancing matters
• Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, Solicitor, or highly experienced non-qualified conveyancer
• Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently
• Strong attention to detail and excellent client care skills
• Commercially minded with an interest in long-term career progression
• Ambition to progress to Associate and potentially Partner level
