As our Senior Electrical, Control & Automation Engineer, you'll be the go-to expert for:
- PLC Programming (Siemens & Rockwell) - a core part of the role.
- Designing, building, wiring, programming, and commissioning electrical panels and control systems.
- Leading and mentoring peers and contractors.
- Inventing and implementing creative automation solutions for test rigs, prototype machines, and pilot plant equipment.
- Producing electrical and control system designs, drawings, and manuals.
- Diagnosing and repairing control systems with precision and speed.
- Expertise in PLC Programming - Siemens and Rockwell are a must.
- Hands-on experience in electrical wiring and component-level work.
- Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards.
- Ideally from an FMCG or food manufacturing background - but we're open to all manufacturing experience.
- A creative mindset and a passion for problem-solving and innovation.
- £46,000 - £50,000 base salary
- Private medical insurance
- Up to 14% pension contribution
- Salary increase up to 11%
- 30 days holiday
- Flexible working hours (core: 8:30-4:45, Mon-Fri)
