Senior Contracts Manager - Construction Refurbishment Lead

We are seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to oversee multiple commercial refurbishment projects, reporting to directors and ensuring safety, on-time delivery, budget control and high-quality outcomes.

You will lead client relationships, coordinate with site teams and manage suppliers/subcontractors while upholding industry best practices and company procedures.
