Senior Contracts Manager - Construction & Refurbishment

ITS Building People is recruiting an experienced Contracts Manager on behalf of a London-based contractor delivering high-end residential refurbishments, roofing, and building maintenance across South East and Central London.

You will oversee multiple projects from start to finish, manage programmes and budgets, coordinate site teams and subcontractors, attend client meetings, and ensure safety, quality and timely delivery.
