Senior Contracts Lead for Commercial Fit-Outs

Bimplus is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to lead multiple commercial fit-out projects from pre-construction through to completion. The role includes directing Project Managers and site teams, managing client relationships and driving commercial performance.

You will oversee procurement, budgets and programme delivery, ensuring safety and quality standards while mentoring delivery teams and maintaining excellent client communication.
