Senior Contracts Counsel, SaaS & Tech Deals

Veeam Software is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join the global sales team. You will provide pragmatic legal advice, lead negotiations on SaaS and related agreements, and partner with Sales and stakeholders to manage risk and support growth.

The ideal candidate has 10-15+ years post-qualification experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and deep experience in privacy/data protection for technology transactions.
