Senior Content Marketing Manager - Live Nation

Location: Farringdon, London. Reports to: VP Marketing - Digital. Working Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week. Permanent. Weekend and evening work required for festivals and concerts.

Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced senior content specialist who'll use social media and other digital platforms to drive brand awareness and ultimately ticket sales for our festivals. The Senior Content Marketing Manager is responsible for the day to day management of a portfolio of social channels in line with the strategy set by the VP Marketing - Digital, innovating on these platforms and producing content. On site at multiple events you will develop brand materials, oversee film and photography crews, and work with a talented team to drive reach, engagement and ticket sales, while supporting the team goal to grow first party data.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the digital content and social strategy for a portfolio of festival brands, identifying new revenue streams, developing and growing social platforms, and launching new platforms as appropriate.
  • Oversee day to day running of platforms: copywriting, creating content briefs, building content calendars, proof reading posts, reviewing content created by others, and overseeing community management.
  • Line manage, mentor and develop staff, including leading film and photo crews on site.
  • Produce weekly reporting and analysis to deliver incremental growth in reach and ticket sales, optimising paid media in collaboration with the Campaign Team.
  • Support growth of first party data and the shared team goal to increase ticket sales and reach through social media platforms.
Qualifications and Competencies
  • Demonstrable experience building brands through content and social media.
  • Experience briefing and managing film and photo crews.
  • Line management experience.
  • Paid social media expertise.
  • Data analysis expertise with tools such as Google Analytics and platform based tools.
  • Immaculate attention to detail.
  • Confident problem solver.
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Excellent relationships with social media platforms.
  • Passion for social media and live music.
  • Proactive self starter, team player, and calm under pressure.
