We are working with a highly regarded Legal 500 firm in London that is looking to appoint a Senior Construction Solicitor to join its well established and growing construction team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction lawyer seeking high quality work, clear progression, and flexibility.

The Role

You will play a key role within the construction practice, advising on a broad range of contentious and/or non contentious matters, including:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction contracts, consultant appointments, and collateral warranties
• Advising developers, contractors, funders, and professional consultants on complex construction issues
• Managing disputes, including adjudication, arbitration, and litigation where required
• Supporting major development and infrastructure projects from inception through to completion
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members
• Contributing to business development and client relationship management

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with significant post qualification experience in construction law
• Strong technical expertise in contentious, non contentious, or mixed construction matters
• Confident managing complex matters with minimal supervision
• Experience supervising junior lawyers or contributing to team developmentCommercially minded with strong client facing skills
