Senior Construction Counsel - Data Centre & Real Estate

Taylor Root is recruiting a Senior Construction Lawyer to join its London office, within the Construction team of the Real Estate practice. The role handles premium mandates for developers, investors, lenders and sponsors across asset classes.

You will draft and negotiate JCT, NEC, FIDIC and bespoke agreements, manage high value financing and transactions, and mentor junior lawyers while driving business development.
