Senior Construction Claims Lead

Bimplus in Warrington seeks an experienced Senior Claims Surveyor to lead complex contractual and commercial claims on major UK construction projects. You will work with senior commercial teams, clients, and legal advisors to protect the company's position.

The role requires 10+ years of Quantity Surveying experience, a Law degree, and proven ability to negotiate EOT, disruption, loss and expense, and adjudication support. MRICS would be advantageous.
