Senior Conflicts Advisor - Global Law Firm

RedLaw is partnering with a prestigious global law firm to recruit a Senior Conflicts Advisor who will join their global Conflicts team. This is a pivotal role providing expert guidance on conflicts of interest across the firm's international network. The Senior Conflicts Advisor will be the primary point of contact for conflict-related queries and will work closely with partners and key stakeholders to provide clear, reliable advice.
Responsibilities- Act as the first line of escalation for conflict checking queries.
- Review and analyse conflict reports, escalating matters where necessary.
- Draft recommendation reports for the Conflicts Committee.
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of training materials.
- Maintain conflicts-related documentation and internal resources.
- Support the drafting of conflict and confidentiality waivers.
- Collaborate on local, regional, and global compliance projects.
- Provide ad hoc support to the broader compliance and risk team.
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in conflicts, ideally within a legal or professional services environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build strong, trusted relationships across all levels of the business.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with confidence in managing and analysing complex information.
