Senior Compounding Pharmacist, Lab & Production Lead

Dermatica seeks an experienced Senior Pharmacist to lead sterile and non sterile compounding in our Leamington Spa Lab. You will ensure GPhC standards, manage production and drive CQI across the facility.

You will oversee a team, implement SOPs, maintain regulatory compliance with MHRA/EMA/ICH/ISO guidance, and collaborate with international teams on formulations and stability studies.
