Senior Compliance Officer, Insurance

Oliver James are supporting a thriving and actively growing MGA based in the City, who are seeking a Senior Compliance Officer to join their small team. In this unique role you will be working directly with the CEO, leading on initiatives and developing policy, working in a varied generalist role.

Main responsibilities:

• Report into the CEO.
• Leading on policy, process mapping and product governance.
• Designing training workshops for the business.
• Provide expert regulatory support to the business.
• Staying updated on relevant regulatory updates from the FCA and PRA.
• Support the wider business with ad- hoc compliance duties.

Key Skills:

• Strong regulatory compliance experience within insurance is essential.
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of the FCA and PRA.
• Ability to multitask and take initiative.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to present training and build strong working relationships.
