Role: Senior Compliance Manager (Speak Up Program)Role Context: As a member of Worley's global Compliance team, you will promote, oversee, and implement the Speak Up program, focusing on managing the hotline and employee relations investigations.
Responsibilities:- Manage the Worley hotline and promote it globally.
- Administer the case management system, triage cases, and manage investigations, including scheduling and report reviews.
- Engage with stakeholders on investigation outcomes, facilitate discussions, and follow up.
- Prepare sanitized case reviews and monitor remedial actions.
- Produce monthly case management reports and statistics.
- Assist in preparing presentations and board reports.
- Monitor and respond to mailbox queries and lodge reports on the Ethics Helpline.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records in the management system.
- Investigations related to Legal & Compliance, security breaches, or financial matters are outside this scope.
- Extensive experience in handling complex employee and industrial relations investigations across multiple regions.
- Experience managing global hotlines and case management across jurisdictions.
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently across time zones.
- Demonstrated sense of responsibility, ownership, and team collaboration skills.
