Senior Compliance Manager, Risk & Regulation

Taylor Root is supporting a premier insurance organisation in London seeking a Compliance Manager to lead the Risk & Compliance function. You will own key compliance activities, drive regulatory initiatives, and develop the firm's compliance framework while managing a small team of two analysts.

The role requires deep knowledge of FCA, PRA and Lloyd's requirements, plus a track record of implementing regulatory change and delivering timely regulatory reporting across the business.
