Senior Compliance Leader & Deputy MLRO

Jersey Evening Post is seeking a Compliance Manager and Deputy MLRO to lead the daily operations of the compliance framework and ensure regulatory adherence. This permanent, full-time role supports growth through risk-based guidance and oversight of AML/CFT/CPF controls, while acting as the primary deputy to the MLRO.

The role requires proactive promotion of a strong compliance culture and collaboration across the business to deliver high-quality service to clients.
