Senior Compliance Lead - Wealth Management Oversight

Benchmark is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to lead regulatory oversight across wealth management and adviser networks. You will report to the CRO, hold SMF16 responsibility, and partner with executive leadership to balance regulatory standards with business growth.

You will drive accountability, develop high-performing teams and ensure governance, reporting and risk-based supervision align with UK regulatory expectations.
